Quality Management

It is the policy of TMG Facility Services Ltd to carry out commercial office, general and industrial cleaning with associated activities in a manner which will meet the Company quality criteria and customer requirements in all respects.

In order to assist in accomplishing these objectives TMG Facility Services Ltd have established and will maintain and implement efficient programmes and procedures for all functions and they will comply as a minimum with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 900l:2000  (TMG are at present working towards accreditation).

The Quality Management Programmes define functional responsibilities and essential quality criteria associated with the carrying out of customer’s contract requirements.

The responsibility to prepare, maintain and implement documented systems and procedures to ensure compliance with company policy, Customer’s requirements and the agreed Quality Management programmes has been accepted by the Director and he will also ensure that any amendments to the standards referred to above continue to be reflected in the TMG Facility Services Quality Management System.

To assist in the above aims, regular Management Review meetings and Internal Audits are carried out.  These meetings and audits will be used to initiate system changes when gaps in effectiveness are identified, thus ensuring that stated objectives and continual improvement targets are being met.

All employees of TMG Facility Services Pty Ltd have been made aware of the requirements of this Quality System and their responsibilities for operating within its guidelines.

In order to ensure that these policies continue to be understood and maintained, the Director and Managers will re-advise their staff of their particular responsibilities within the Quality System whenever a change occurs.

No quality system can function correctly without proper planning, leadership, and management. These activities are covered by our quality management policy.

Environmental Policy Statement


To do all that is humanly possible to prevent pollution and to minimise the risk of environmental accidents and to produce the means to deal with damage from accidental leaks or spillages. To use sustainable resources to take into account external and future costs, including costs to the environment and depletion of resources.

The Managing Director will give full support and leadership, to communicate the policy to staff, to encourage and train them to enable staff to adhere and contribute to the policy of ongoing improvements and understanding and to comply with legislative requirements, both from the Federal and state governments. Employee involvement in environmental matters is encouraged at all levels and will be promoted through training.

Wherever possible employees and contractors will pursue the following goals and adhere to the specified principles when disposing of waste materials. Purchases shall only be made once it has been determined that the product or service is necessary.

Purchasers will consider whole life costing including recyclability at end of life (printer toners).

Using less in the first place and avoid waste. Purchase in bulk to reduce packaging and the use of printing equipment that prints double sided. Have a paper free environment wherever possible.

Using the item more than once and extending the useful life of products and equipment before replacing them. Aim to re-use or repair. Ensure new purchases are durable, have a long service life and are easy to maintain and upgrade.

Dispose – Zero climate damage, Zero pollution
To dispose of materials in a way that will not contribute to the climate change damage. Dispose of materials in a way that will not pollute water, land or air at any stage of their life cycle.

Eco Friendly
We will be introducing a range of Eco Friendly cleaning products that will overtime be phased into all of our cleaning contracts.

Information on this range can be obtained on request. We will also add items of an Eco friendly nature to our current sundry items list these items can be supplied to clients on their request.
